Hiking Plans
Cathedral Rock, Devils' Bridge, Snoopy Rock - I know little and have no opinion on hikes, so I’m counting on you to lead the charge. For whenever we're not enjoying the resort's amenities, let's plan some hikes!
Dinner in Town
Finding a place to accommodate a large group is a challenge, so let me know if you want to help. Here's what I know so far -
- 89Agave is a casual, fun, Mexican place with a semi-private room (recommended by the resort). I’m getting a quote.
- Elote is a place Eric and Jenn loved. It looks great, but not open to groups larger than 8.
- Mariposa is a well-loved place run by Chef Lisa Dahl, a local favorite, but they, too, rejected the idea of a large group.
- Cucina Rustica is Chef Dahl's other place, from which I have requested a quote.
Here's where we need it . . .
B60/AZ/26 Dinner Party
To cap off our weekend, the idea here is a catered dinner and private bar, in a private courtyard/room at our resort. I’m working with the resort on the location and menu, and the rest is up to your imagination.
